Cancellation Policy
I confirm that I have been informed of the cancellation policies for Headspins. Cancellation policy is as follows:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or No Showed will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. This amount will be charged automatically to the credit card stored on file. If there is no card on file the cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
